Alexander is responsible for executing his long-term vision for Cosmos to evolve into a data aggregation and analytics company. He oversees the strategic implementation of the adherence platform with early adopters. Additionally, Alexander manages the day-to-day business operations and supervises employees and contractors working for Cosmos.
Joseph is in charge of product development, manufacturing, and customer integration. He manages the development firms and the manufacturing facility for the assembly, packaging, and distribution of FortisKap devices. Joseph also oversees the day-to-day patient support, device remediation, and supply chain logistics for Cosmos.
Philip McBride architects scalable, secure health tech platforms and leads engineering of the full Cosmos Rx software systems. He has guided the platform from early architecture through design, development, integration, and compliance, delivering biometric authentication, real-time pill tracking, and HIPAA-compliant data systems. Philip brings extensive experience in computer vision and machine learning, including developing self-driving vehicles for Jaguar Land Rover and aerial survey systems for NASA, the Air Force, and the Army. He holds an MSCS from Stanford University.
Alex leads technical development of the FortisKap smart medication adherence platform. His work spans physical device design, CAD, mobile app development, backend systems, and advanced computer vision for non-invasive adherence tracking. He brings over a decade of experience in computer vision, 3D reconstruction, and full-stack development, including co-founding Mirage 3D Inc. and senior engineering roles at Quidient and early-stage SpinCar (now Impel). Alex holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
Nick Morse provides clinical leadership for the development, validation, and commercialization of the FortisKap smart medication adherence platform. He integrates his extensive medical expertise with digital health innovation, overseeing medical strategy, regulatory alignment, and clinical validation to reduce medication non-adherence and improve outcomes. Nick brings over 30 years of clinical experience as a board-certified physician in obstetrics/gynecology and urogynecology, with an MD from Harvard Medical School and residency training at Johns Hopkins.
Melissa is a Commercialization Executive at Cosmos Rx, where she guides patient-centered growth and commercialization strategy. She brings 25+ years of leadership experience in healthcare marketing and brand strategy, including roles at Optum, Hazelden Betty Ford, Cigna’s Evernorth, and as Senior Vice President of Marketing at LetsGetChecked. Melissa is the author of "Harnessing Purpose: A Marketer's Guide to Inspiring Connection" and has been recognized as Nonprofit Marketer of the Year and one of the Top 50 Women in Healthcare.
Melissa is an operations and patient experience executive at Cosmos Rx, where she brings her pioneering approach to behavioral health operations and consumer healthcare navigation to support the FortisKap smart medication adherence platform. With over two decades of senior leadership experience, she specializes in admissions, quality management, clinical integration, and building high-performing multi-disciplinary teams. Melissa has developed nationwide patient access programs and driven process improvements that deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Josh drives growth strategy at Cosmos Rx, where he leads market research, customer discovery, partnership development, and commercialization planning for the FortisKap smart medication adherence platform.
